Yummy Desserts!

Dessert are so yummy and not so much healthy.  So what about the yummy yet healthy choice of dessert.  Well don’t fear I am hear to help you induldge your sweet tooth without packing in the calories!

In honor of the teachers at my school that are now doing a “Get Fit” program, I will be posting healthy dessert recipes and other healther recipes to help them eat yummy but healthy!

First off lets start out with chocolate, almost everyone loves chocolate.  Like chocolate cake, chocolate cake, or just chocolate in general!

  1. Sarah, This is awesome!!! I’ll be sending a link out to our teachers and I’m sure they will appreciate your efforts to help us. The third paragraph needs another f in off. Also, there isn’t a link for your second photo. You might also want to add that if they are looking for even healthier choices, they can substitute artificial sweeteners or fat free options where possible. In looking at some of the recipes, some calories could still be cut out of them to make an even healthier desert.

  2. My mouth was seriously watering looking at the deep, dark, delectable desserts! I’m looking forward to more of your posts! I love to cook and am always on the hunt for new things to try. I’m going to try the chocolate mint bars for sure. And the pumpkin pie pudding looks like something my hubby would love. Thanks!
